Only unmarried adults 21 years of age or older and residing within the United States are allowed to utilize this Website for the purposes of applying for or maintaining a GND membership.
No Commercial Use.
No GND member or visitor to this Website may use it for any commercial purpose or application without the express, prior written consent of GND. You shall not use the GND Website, its application process, or any level of membership or affiliate or vendor relationship to acquire information about GND, its members or affiliates, for commercial or competitive purpose, including to compete with GND or to solicit GND’s members or affiliates for commercial or professional services.
ANY DIRECT OR AUTOMATED ACCESS TO THE GND WEBSITE OR ITS MEMBER OR MEMBERSHIP PROCESSES FOR THE PURPOSE OF COLLECTING INFORMATION FOR MARKETING OR OTHER SOLICITATION IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED, AND ANY SUCH ACCESS IN VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS WILL PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST LEGAL EXTENT.
